Marketing and Communications Manager
We are looking for an exceptional individual with the energy and drive, to join the team as a marketing and communications Executive/Manager to take overall responsibility for the marketing and communications strategy and maintain the content of the website and social media channels for this amazing not-for-profit organisation.

Location: London office based with some flexibility for homeworking
Salary: £35,000/£40,000 depending on experience
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Full-time

About the Role:
As Marketing and Communications Executive/Manager, you will work with the National and International Marketing key theme along with general marketing, events, social media and communications for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a marketing and communications strategy across the BID
• Manage the budget, ensuring all processes are adhered to and signed off
• Increase the organisation’s profile across media and relevant social media platforms
• Writing press releases, articles, and statements
• Managing and maintaining all aspects of the newsletter including researching content
• Report on and analyse all aspects of communications
• Create and deliver an events programme across all key themes
• Communicating with target audiences
• Building relationships with levy payers and key stakeholders
• Overseeing the BID website and social media
• Managing and implementing the organization of photo shoots and any video production
• Organising and attending events
About You:
The successful Marketing and Communications Executive/Manager will bring with them the following skills and experience:
• A Degree or similar in a related area of study, and experience to meet the requirements of the post
• A sound understanding of working with local and central Government
• Demonstrable experience working with media
• Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and website management skills (CMS)
• CRM database knowledge desirable but not essential
• The ability to think creatively and be an excellent communicator
• The ability to manage a budget
• The ability to work as part of a team, and on your own initiative
• The ability to plan and prioritize work and work to deadlines and targets
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrable experience in report writing
The selection process for shortlisted candidates will include a panel interview and may include a presentation.
