Harley Street BID covers the full cost of the training, giving employees unlimited access to sessions designed to build skills, boost confidence and support workplace wellbeing.

Free Digital Training Available to Harley Street Businesses
With the Employment Rights Act now in force, the October programme includes timely sessions on Bullying and Harassment, Trade Union Rights and Recognition, and an Introduction to the Employment Rights Act. These will help employers understand their responsibilities and remain informed and compliant.

Employees can choose a format that suits their working day, from five-minute SEEDL Bites and 20-minute live webinars to 60-minute interactive workshops.
New Micro Learning Week launches in October
SEEDL’s first Micro Learning Week will take place from 5–9 October, featuring more than 40 free live sessions lasting just 20 minutes each. The sessions will offer practical advice and useful ideas that participants can apply immediately, without needing to take a large amount of time away from their working day.
Ahead of World Mental Health Day on 10 October, 11 of the sessions will focus specifically on mental health and wellbeing. Topics will include:
• Setting healthy boundaries
• Managing social anxiety
• Overcoming perfectionism
• Developing emotional intelligence
• Managing workload stress
• Guided meditation
• Understanding and managing menopause symptoms
