Located at 33 Aybrook Street, above the historic Gunmakers Pub, Vinoly London is an intimate wine-led private dining venue offering curated wine experiences, bespoke dining events and elegant boutique accommodation
Designed to host up to 24 seated guests or 40 guests for a standing reception, Vinoly provides a distinctive setting for corporate entertaining, client events, celebrations and private gatherings. Combining exceptional wines with carefully crafted menus, the venue offers a personalised experience tailored to each occasion.

Meet the Team Behind Vinoly
Vinoly was founded by Xavier Rousset MS, Master Sommelier and renowned restaurateur, whose passion for exceptional wine experiences inspired the concept. Xavier has
co-founded several acclaimed London venues, including Blandford Comptoir, Comptoir Café & Wine, BlackBook Soho and Cabotte. At Vinoly, he brings his expertise and guest-focused approach to curated tastings, private events and hospitality.
Leading the culinary offering is Rob Weston, Executive Chef at Vinoly. Rob has built his career in some of the UK’s most celebrated kitchens, including the two-Michelin-starred The Square and Michelin-starred La Trompette. His menus showcase refined technique, seasonal ingredients and beautifully balanced flavours designed to complement Vinoly’s extensive wine collection.
