Men working and living in the Harley Street area are being invited to take part in a new wellbeing and fitness event this June, designed to promote movement, recovery and expert health advice during Men’s Health Week.
The free Men’sSports Health event will take place on Tuesday 2 June, from 11am to 2pm, at AMP Gym in Marylebone.
The relaxed drop-in event aims to encourage local men to prioritise their health through accessible fitness sessions, expert guidance and recovery experiences. The initiative is being delivered in partnership with the Harley Street BID, AMP Gym, The London Clinic and John Bell & Croyden.
Attendees will have the opportunity to receive informal consultations and health advice from Mr David Gordon, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at The London Clinic, who specialises in foot and ankle surgery, including trauma care.
Federico Febbraro, Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner at The London Clinic, will also be on hand to offer advice and support throughout the event.
A programme of bookable fitness and stretch sessions will run throughout the day, with small class sizes designed to create a more personalised experience for attendees.
Guests will also be able to access AMP’s contrast therapy room, featuring a sauna and ice bath, offering an introduction to the growing popularity of hot and cold recovery treatments and their potential wellbeing benefits.
The event forms part of activities taking place during Men’s Health Week and is open to men working and living locally who are looking to improve their physical wellbeing in an approachable and supportive environment.
