This Time to Talk Day webinar is brought to you by The Harley Street BID and SG wellbeing. Learn and express your wellbeing needs with us as we explore how to create a psychologically safe workplace and embed well-being into everyday activities that we all do at work.
Time to Talk Day is all about creating supportive communities through conversation and most importantly, feeling safe to speak up about your mental health, so we can stop the stigma.
What do you do if you feel like you don’t have a safe space to do that?
What if your workplace doesn’t have the right culture–or any culture at all–for people to feel comfortable expressing their emotions?
We’ll be exploring:

Come and enjoy an interactive hour of learning about wellbeing strategies that you can embed into your daily working life!
