University of Westminster is calling on organisations and senior leaders to support the next generation of talent by offering exclusive Leadership Experiences for exceptional students during summer 2026.
The opportunities will be awarded to high-achieving students at the University’s annual Westminster Employability Award Reception in June. The event celebrates students who have shown exceptional commitment to developing their professional skills, career readiness and future ambitions.
The Westminster Employability Award (WA) is a dedicated programme designed to help students enhance their employability while studying. Participants complete a range of additional development activities alongside their academic courses, including mentoring sessions, careers-focused talks and professional skills workshops.
Students who demonstrate the highest level of engagement achieve Platinum status and become Westminster Employability Award Leaders. These students will be selected to receive Leadership Experiences, giving them valuable insight into senior leadership roles, strategic decision-making and the realities of executive life.
The University hopes businesses and industry leaders will take part by hosting experiences that inspire, mentor and open doors for emerging talent.
