Westminster businesses are being asked to share their experiences of deliveries and servicing to help identify ways to reduce congestion and support low-emission transport across the borough.
Cross River Partnership (CRP) has launched a five-minute survey as part of its Report on Reducing Barriers to Micro Logistics Hubs in Westminster. Funded by the Westminster Climate Fund, the report will support Westminster City Council’s work to enable more efficient, low-emission deliveries.

Micro logistics hubs are small, secure spaces where goods can be received, sorted and redistributed closer to their final destination. They support last-mile deliveries by cargo bike or walking porter, helping reduce vehicle trips, congestion and air pollution.
The survey asks businesses about their current delivery arrangements, their interest in using these hubs and the benefits they could offer. It also explores what would make them a practical and attractive option for organisations.
Feedback will help shape recommendations that reflect local business needs and deliver benefits for residents and the wider city.
