A Taste of Marylebone: The Cocktail Bar at The Marylebone Unveils New Neighbourhood-Inspired Menu

The Cocktail Bar at The Marylebone, one of the area’s leading five-star hotels, has launched a captivating new cocktail menu that pays tribute to the local stories, icons and landmarks that define this much-loved neighbourhood.

Available from Monday 14th July, the new Marylebone-inspired menu is a celebration of place, heritage and imagination, each drink crafted to reflect the people, history and architectural beauty of Marylebone Village.

A Taste of Marylebone

Drinks Inspired by Local Icons
Among the highlights is Eau de Parfum, a modern margarita that draws inspiration from Selfridges’ iconic Beauty Hall, located just moments from the hotel. This elegant serve combines Código Tequila, Italicus, Muyu Jasmine Verte, pineapple and lime, with a honey syrup that nods to Selfridges’ golden branding. Finished with Oggs foam and three Angostura hearts, it’s a fragrance-like creation that’s as refined as it is refreshing.
The menu also features Sherlock, a theatrical highball honouring the world’s most famous fictional detective. With notes of Redbreast 12, The King’s Ginger, mezcal and Muyu Vetiver Gris, the drink is topped with Pinot Noir air and served beneath a smoked cloche for dramatic effect, evoking the mystery and intellect of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s legendary character, long associated with nearby Baker Street.

A Walk Through the Neighbourhood in a Glass
From Marylebone’s green spaces to its pioneering figures, the new menu continues to tell stories through flavour.
Inner Circle, named after the rose-filled Queen Mary’s Gardens in Regent’s Park, offers a floral, uplifting spritz with Belvedere Vodka, Amaro Santoni, Cocchi Rosa and rose lemonade, capturing the romance of a stroll through London’s most picturesque garden.
For a non-alcoholic alternative, Natural Remedy is inspired by Florence Nightingale, one of Marylebone’s most influential historical residents. This wellness-led, spirit-free spritz blends chrysanthemum cold brew with Martini Floreale and elderflower, an elegant nod to healing, compassion, and reform.

Celebrating the Spirit of Marylebone
From celebrated gardens to visionary women, high-end retail to literary greats, the new cocktail menu is a love letter to Marylebone, designed to delight both locals and visitors alike. Whether you’re looking for a unique pre-dinner drink, a quiet evening of conversation, or a moment of discovery in the heart of the neighbourhood, The Cocktail Bar at The Marylebone offers a distinctly local experience – one sip at a time.
