The Future Ready Mentoring programme at the University of Westminster is inviting Harley Street businesses to mentor final-year BA Business Management and BA Business Management (Entrepreneurship) students working on live consultancy projects with external clients.
As part of the Innovative Consultancy Solutions Group Mentoring programme, mentors will support small student teams as they tackle real-world business challenges set by external organisations. The commitment is light, in-person at the Marylebone campus, with travel and refreshments reimbursed.

Final-year students will work in groups of around five, assuming the role of professional consultants. Throughout the project, they will be expected to demonstrate initiative, professionalism and strong collaboration skills as they develop practical, client-focused solutions. Each group will conclude the module by delivering an assessed presentation to their client.
Mentors will be asked to support students across two structured sessions:
Session 1: Monday 9 February, 4–5pm or 5–6pm
Effective teamwork, communication and creating team project plans
Session 2: Monday 9 March, 4–5pm or 5–6pm
Delivering an effective group presentation with confidence
Both sessions will take place in allocated classrooms at the Marylebone campus.
The programme offers professionals a rewarding opportunity to share their expertise, support emerging talent and engage directly with the next generation of business leaders.
