The MMF Programme, delivered by 2-3 Degrees, is a 12-month initiative designed to empower young people aged 14-25 from under-represented and socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds in Westminster. The programme focuses on building confidence, communication skills, and self-esteem, while providing direct access to employers through workshops and events.
Since its launch, MMF has reached over 3,000 young people, partnered with 50+ employers, and achieved significant outcomes such as work experience, further education, training, and job opportunities.
