The Harley Street BID is excited to partner with the Young Westminster Foundation to host a special breakfast event for healthcare businesses. This Mastering My Future (MMF) event aims to showcase how organisations can connect with and support young talent at the start of their careers.

The MMF Programme, delivered by 2-3 Degrees, is a 12-month initiative designed to empower young people aged 14-18 from under-represented and socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds in Westminster. The programme focuses on building confidence, communication skills, and self-esteem, while providing direct access to employers through workshops and events.
Since its launch, MMF has reached over 5,000 young people, partnered with 50+ employers, and achieved significant outcomes such as work experience, further education, training, and job opportunities.
