Free bike safety event comes to Marylebone this April

Taking place on Friday 17 April 2026, the event will be held in the beautiful gardens of St Marylebone Parish Church on Marylebone Road, running from 10:00 to 15:00.

Organised by the Harley Street Business Improvement District (BID, the event brings together local partners to offer practical support for cyclists of all levels – whether you ride daily or just occasionally.

Visitors can benefit from a range of free services, including:

• Bike security marking provided by the Metropolitan Police Safer Neighbourhood Team, helping to protect bikes from theft (12 noon to 15:00)
• Free bike MOTs from Westminster Wheels, including safety checks and minor adjustments to ensure bikes are road-ready  (10:00 to 15:00)

The event is designed to be accessible and convenient, with no booking required – simply bring your bike along on the day.

It’s also a great opportunity to get expert advice and make sure your bike is safe, secure, and ready to ride as the weather improves.

The event is delivered in partnership with Bike Register, Westminster Wheels, the Metropolitan Police, and St Marylebone Parish Church.
