Westminster City Council has launched an online consultation inviting stakeholders, businesses residents, and local organisations to share their ideas on how the Council should shape its priorities for culture over the next five years.
As London continues to be recognised as a global cultural superpower, Westminster sits at its heart – attracting people from across the world to work, visit and live. However, research shows that many workers, and residents do not know about or fully experience the city’s extraordinary local arts and cultural offer, despite the significant benefits it brings to wellbeing, learning, and career development.
With your input, Westminster City Council aims to create a new Cultural Strategy that allows creativity to thrive and widens access to life-enhancing cultural opportunities across the borough. An opportunity to showcase the cultural offer of the Harley Street area.
The Cultural Strategy 2026–2030 consultation is open now, and you can share your thoughts by completing a short online questionnaire by 7 December 2025. Find out more and take part here.
