Orrery to host exclusive evening with acclaimed winemaker Alejandro Vigil

Orrery by Pierre Minotti will welcome internationally acclaimed winemaker Alejandro Vigil for an exclusive evening celebrating El Enemigo wines on Wednesday 16 September.

Located in the heart of Marylebone, Orrery is known for its elegant French dining, seasonal menus and beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking St Marylebone Parish Church Gardens.

In London for one week only, Alejandro will host the special dinner alongside Orrery’s Head Sommelier, Julio Sierra, giving guests a rare opportunity to discover the wines and story behind one of Argentina’s most celebrated estates.

Alejandro is the co-founder of El Enemigo and Head Winemaker at Catena Zapata. Established in 2009 by Alejandro and Adrianna Catena, El Enemigo has earned international recognition for its exceptional wines from Mendoza, combining innovation with a deep respect for traditional winemaking.

The evening will begin with canapés, followed by a specially created five-course menu from Chef Pierre Minotti. Each course will be paired with an El Enemigo wine, showcasing a selection of white and red expressions from the estate.

Throughout the evening, Alejandro and Julio will share their knowledge of the wines, discuss the winemaking philosophy behind El Enemigo and explore the producer’s journey to international acclaim.

The event begins at 6pm and tickets cost £245 per person.
