This December, the spirit of Christmas will come alive at CBRE’s Henrietta House, where the company’s award-winning UK headquarters will transform into a festive marketplace filled with creativity, community, and compassion.
Taking place on Thursday, 11 December 2025, the Henrietta House Christmas Market will welcome local, independent businesses and artisans to showcase their handmade gifts, food, and crafts to CBRE’s 1,200 employees. The market is also open to Harley Street BID partners and associates, providing a platform for small businesses that champion diversity, sustainability, and strong ESG values.
More than just a shopping event, the market celebrates craftsmanship and community connection. Many of the stallholders are CBRE employees, along with their friends and family members, who bring their creativity and passion to life through handmade goods. Among them will be Zahra Lalji, who creates a beautiful range of polymer clay jewellery, from earrings and necklaces to cufflinks -each piece carefully crafted and truly unique. Zahra is also using her stall to give back, donating a percentage of her sales to an Alzheimer’s charity, encouraging visitors to “shop with purpose this Christmas.”
